❤️ 4How a group card comes together
Pick or create the card
Start from a ready-made design, or describe them and we'll make one-of-a-kind artwork and a message from your words.
Share one link
Paste it in the group chat or an email thread. No apps, no accounts — signing works in any browser, on any device.
Everyone adds a note
Each person writes in their own handwriting and can add an emoji, a GIF, a photo, a voice note or a short video. Watch the notes arrive and nudge anyone who hasn't signed.
Pay when you send
When everyone's in, pay once and send it — right away, on the date you pick, or printed and mailed.
What signers can add
Not a bulletin board of sticky notes — a real card, made for them, with a note from everyone.
Their own handwriting
Write it themselves or tap “Write it for me” for a first draft. Pick a handwriting and an ink color, add an emoji, or draw a signature.
Photos, GIFs and video
Add a photo, pick a GIF, or record a short video. They play right on the card when it opens.
A voice note
Record up to 60 seconds right on the page — with fun voices like chipmunk or robot if they want a laugh.
One wall for everyone
Signers can read every note and leave a reaction or a reply. At the party, play the whole card as a slideshow.
Start from a ready-made design
Pick a design and group signing is already switched on. Invite everyone, then pay when you send it.

Group card questions, answered
Do people need an account to sign?
No. Signers open the link and add their name and message, in their own handwriting if they like, plus an emoji, a GIF, a photo, a voice note or a short video. No signup and no app, on any phone or computer.
How many people can sign?
As many people as you like. Share one link and everyone signs from their own phone — anyone can pass it along, so you don't have to chase people down yourself. There's no per-signer fee, whether five people sign or fifty.
What does the recipient see?
An envelope opens to the card's artwork (or animation) and your message inside, then every signer's note in their own handwriting, with the photos, GIFs, voice notes and videos they added, plus any song you attached. They can heart the notes they love and send one thank-you back to everyone.
When do I pay?
When you're ready to send it. Starting the card and collecting everyone's notes costs nothing; you pay once, at send time — $7.98 for a group eCard. If your send date arrives before you've paid, we email you instead of sending it.
Can a group card be printed and mailed?
Yes. A printed group card ($17.97) is printed on premium card stock and mailed with an envelope. Your message is printed inside, and a QR code on the back opens the online card, where every signer's note, photo, GIF, voice note and video lives.
Will a printed card arrive in time?
Tell us the day it needs to arrive and we plan back from it: signing closes in time for us to print the card and mail it so it gets there by that day. If the day is too close for standard mail, your dashboard says so and offers faster shipping.
Can I schedule when the card is delivered?
Yes. For an eCard, pick a send date and the card goes out at the right moment, or send it yourself whenever you're ready. Pay any time before the date and it sends itself on the day, or pay and send in one step once everyone has signed. For a printed card, pick the day it should arrive instead.
How long do people have to sign?
Until the card goes out — on your send date, or whenever you send it yourself. You can email a reminder to anyone who hasn't signed yet.
Can I remove a signature or a signer?
Yes. Your organizer page shows every note as it arrives. You can remove a note, hide it without deleting it, pin your own message to the top, or have new notes wait for your OK before anyone else sees them.
Do the GIFs and videos show up on the printed card?
Paper can't play a GIF or a video — and a card isn't a printout — so the printed card carries your message, and the QR code on the back opens the online card, where everyone's notes, GIFs, voice notes and videos come alive. Scanning it works long after the day itself.
How much does a group card cost?
A group eCard is $7.98 total — one flat price for the card however many people sign, with no per-signer fees. An animated version is $10.97, and a printed-and-mailed group card is $17.97. Panda Pro members pay $5.99 for a group eCard, since the eCard base is free with Pro. You pay when you send it.
Can I add a voice message or music?
Yes. Every signer can record a voice note of up to 60 seconds — you included, since you sign the card the same way — and you can add a Spotify track. They play when the recipient opens the card.
Can we play the card at the party?
Yes. On the finished card, press Play to show one note at a time as a slideshow, with the card's song — made for a TV or a laptop at the send-off.
Ready when you are
Start the card now and share the link — you won't pay anything until you send it.
