How it works

Is the card message generator free?

Yes. No sign-up and nothing to pay. You can write a few sets of messages an hour.

What happens to what I type?

It's used once, to write your messages, and we don't save it or link it to you. Please leave out anything private, like addresses or phone numbers.

Will it make things up about the person?

No. It only uses the occasion and the detail you give it. With no detail, it writes something warm that's true for anyone on that occasion, so add one detail to make it yours.

Can I put the message on a real card?

Yes. Pick one of the designs under your messages and it opens with the message inside. Send it as an eCard for $1.99, or we print it on thick card stock and mail it for $9.99 with free US shipping.

What should I write in a card?

Say why you're sending it, add one true thing about them if you can, and sign it with your name. Two or three short sentences is plenty for most cards.
