A Christmas card the whole office signs

Before everyone scatters for the holidays, share one link and let the whole team sign one card: for your boss, a coworker who carried a big year, or a teammate who's away. No card passed desk to desk, and nobody left off because they work from home.

How the office Christmas card comes together

1

Pick a Christmas design

Start from one of our Christmas designs, or describe the person and we'll draw one: the office dog in a Santa hat, the team's running joke, the snowed-in parking lot.

2

Share one link before the break

Post the link in the team chat or an email. Everyone signs from their own phone or laptop, including the people who work from home or in another office.

3

Everyone adds their note

Each person writes a holiday message in their own handwriting and can add a photo, a GIF or a voice note. You see the notes arrive and can nudge whoever hasn't signed.

4

Send it in time for the holidays

Send it as an eCard on the last day before the break, schedule it for Christmas morning, or have it printed and mailed with a QR code that opens everyone's notes. You pay when it goes out.

Stuck on what to write?

One warm line is plenty on a card the whole office signs. A few to borrow:

  • Merry Christmas! Working with you is one of the best parts of my week. Enjoy every minute of your time off.
  • Happy holidays! However you celebrate, I hope it's full of warmth and good food.
  • Merry Christmas! May your holiday be long, your meetings be canceled and your inbox be empty when you get back.
  • Thank you for always having our backs. Have a wonderful holiday season.

Group Christmas card questions, answered

How do I get the whole office to sign a Christmas card?

Create the card, then share one link in the team chat or an email. Everyone opens it on their own device and adds a note, and you see each one arrive. No card circulating the office the week before the break.

Do coworkers need an account to sign?

No. Signing works in any browser on a phone or computer, with no signup and no app. Remote teammates and other offices can sign the same card.

How many people can sign?

As many as you like, the whole company if you want. Anyone with the link can pass it along, so you don't have to chase every department.

Who is a group Christmas card for?

Usually a boss, a coworker who had a big year, or a teammate who's away for the holidays. Everyone signs one card, and it goes to that one person by email or in the mail.

Can it say happy holidays instead of Merry Christmas?

Yes. You write the main message and every signer writes their own, so the card can say happy holidays, season's greetings or Merry Christmas, whatever fits your team.

Can we mail it as a printed card?

Yes. The printed group card ($17.97) is printed on premium card stock and mailed in a purple envelope, with a QR code on the back that opens everyone's notes, photos and voice notes online.

Will a printed card arrive in time?

Tell us the day it needs to arrive and we plan back from it: signing closes in time for us to print the card and mail it so it gets there by that day. If the day is too close for standard mail, your dashboard says so and offers faster shipping.

When should we start collecting signatures?

A week or two before the break gives everyone time to sign. For a printed card, pick the day it should arrive and we'll tell you when signing has to close. An eCard can go out on the last day before the break or be scheduled for Christmas morning.

Can people add a voice note or a photo?

Yes. Each signer can add a voice note of up to 60 seconds, a photo, a drawing or a GIF. A room of coworkers wishing someone a merry Christmas out loud is hard to beat.

How much does a group Christmas card cost?

A group Christmas eCard is $7.98 total, one flat price with no per-signer fees. An animated version is $10.97, and a printed-and-mailed card is $17.97. You pay when you send it.

Start it before everyone leaves for the holidays

Create the card this week. The team needs a few days to sign, and a printed card needs time in the mail before Christmas.
