How a printed group card comes together

1

Pick a design

Start from a ready-made design, or describe the person and we'll draw one. Write the message you want printed inside.

2

Share one link

Post it in the group chat or an email. Everyone signs from their own phone or laptop with a note, a photo, a drawing or a voice note. No accounts.

3

Pick the day it should arrive

Tell us the day and we plan back from it: signing closes in time for us to print the card and get it there by then.

4

We print and mail it

We print the card and mail it in a purple envelope, to you or straight to them. The QR code on the back opens everyone's notes online. You pay when it goes out.

Stuck on what to write?

The message printed inside is yours; one warm line from each signer goes behind the QR code. A few to borrow:

  • From all of us: thank you for making every day here better. We're going to miss you.
  • Happy birthday from the whole team! Scan the back for everyone's wishes.
  • Congratulations on a well-earned retirement. Enjoy every slow morning.
  • Get well soon. Everyone who signed this card is rooting for you.

Printed group card questions, answered

Can a group card be printed and mailed?

Yes. Everyone signs online, then we print your card on thick card stock and mail it in a purple envelope, to you or straight to the person it's for. The QR code on the back opens everyone's notes, photos and voice messages.

Are everyone's signatures printed on the card?

No. The message you write is printed inside, and everyone's notes live online behind the QR code on the back. That way there's no limit on how many people sign, and photos, drawings, voice notes and short videos all still work.

How much does a printed group card cost?

$17.97, one flat price for any number of signers, with free standard shipping in the US. Pro and Shop members pay less. You pay when you send it.

How fast is it mailed?

We print and mail it the next business day after signing closes. Standard US mail is free, and Priority costs $10.99 for when the day is close.

Will a printed card arrive in time?

Tell us the day it needs to arrive and we plan back from it: signing closes in time for us to print the card and mail it so it gets there by that day. If the day is too close for standard mail, your dashboard says so and offers faster shipping.

Can you mail it straight to the person?

Yes. Add their address and we mail it to them, or send it to yourself if you'd rather hand it over in person.

Can you mail it outside the US?

Yes, by international mail for $3.99, without tracking.

Do people need an account to sign?

No. Signing works in any browser on a phone or computer, with no signup and no app. Anyone with the link can sign, including people who work remotely.

What does the person see when they scan the code?

The card opens online with every note, photo, drawing and voice message, and they can react or write back to everyone who signed.

What does the printed card look like?

A folded card about 4.7 × 7 inches on Red River Aurora paper, with your message printed inside and the QR code on the back, in a purple envelope.
