About this card
For someone stepping into retirement after years of steady work, this card gently says “you earned this” — a quiet note to a friend, colleague, or parent who’s ready for slower days. The front shows a sun-soft porch at sunset, a wooden rocking chair piled with a scalloped cushion and a floral throw where a tabby cat curls up in a perfect sleepy circle, while a glass of iced lemon sits within easy reach.

The illustration’s warm peach-and-amber palette and soft, textured lines carry a feeling of unhurried comfort: the rocking chair’s graceful curves, the bloom-filled pots along the railing and the low sun folding behind distant hills all invite a long, peaceful pause. It’s the kind of card that offers calm company — a small scene that promises long naps, slow afternoons and the sweet luxury of time well earned.
