About this card
For the friend who prefers a cozy kind of spook, this Halloween card is a cheerful way to send comfort and connection. The front shows a wide-eyed black cat dressed in a tiny vampire suit — ruffled collar, bow, and a red-lined cape — rearing up with cartoon fangs bared as a smiling sun hovers nearby. It’s for someone you want to reassure that even on a night of playful frights, you’re thinking of them and wishing them gentle magic.

The illustration’s warm, vintage palette and soft paper texture make the scene feel like a friendly storybook rather than a scare. Little flowers and puffs of cloud ground the moment in everyday sweetness, while the cat’s startled pose and the sun’s upbeat face keep the mood light and affectionate. Send this when you want Halloween to feel easy, companionable, and quietly uplifting.
