About this card
For a friend or neighbor you’d like to honor at Lunar New Year, this card says celebration and quiet care in the same breath. The front shows a sleek magpie swooping over a temple roof, clutching a little red envelope between its beak while lanterns and curling gold clouds drift nearby — an image that makes the wish of good luck feel like a gentle gift arriving on the breeze.

Rendered in a pared-back, vintage-inspired palette of deep green, warm gold and soft cream, the art keeps things calm and hopeful rather than loud. The composition’s empty sky and confident, soaring bird give it a forward-moving optimism, a modest, elegant way to tell someone you’re wishing them health and new beginnings.
