About this card
For a friend you're welcoming into a fresh year together, this gentle New Year card says it with warmth rather than fireworks. The scene shows a tiny mouse in a soft green coat reaching up to flip a page of a standing desk calendar; the turned sheet reads Today while the next page peeks out with the words New Beginnings. It's an intimate way to mark a new chapter with gratitude and steady companionship.

The illustration is elegant and watercolor-soft, muted sunrise tones and delicate gold accents giving the image a calm, hopeful glow. Little wildflowers tuck around the calendar’s base and distant hills blur into a hazy horizon, so the overall mood feels like a quiet promise: small steps, fresh pages, and simple comforts to come.
