About this card
For a birthday card that celebrates the friend who always shows up, this one’s for the person you’d call your everyday hero. The front shows a gentle, masked superhero kneeling on a rug as he ties a tiny cape around a teddy bear’s neck — a quiet, domestic moment that says “you rescue me” without needing fireworks. It’s ideal for telling a close friend that you notice the small, steadfast things they do.

Rendered in warm, slightly worn colors, the illustration keeps the mood cozy rather than epic: soft blues and reds, a potted plant on a bookshelf, and a sunlit window give the scene a lived-in warmth. The simple border of scalloped lines and tiny stars feels nostalgic, like a keepsake from childhood bravery and grown-up gratitude. Send it when you want a birthday that feels personal, sincere, and a little bit heroic.
