About this card
For the friend whose birthdays feel like small, joyful holidays — this card celebrates the kind of warmth and steady humor you described in your message. A bright orange goldfish wearing a polka-dot party hat floats through a deep midnight-blue sea, blowing a string of bubbly balloons that rise like tiny celebrations; it’s the sort of playful scene you’d send when you want them to smile at once.

The color palette is bold and cheerful: tangerine scales, rosy cheek, and pops of coral, lavender, and gold confetti stars that scatter across the page. The mood is quietly exuberant — whimsical underwater plants and soft-textured bubbles give the illustration a friendly, hand-painted feel that matches a note about gratitude, laughter, and the gentle surprises you wish your best friend in the year ahead.
